Criminal Defense Online is the Netlawtools Site of the Month for May.

This is an exceptional example of what an intranet for a public or nonprofit organization can be. Far more than a static link collection, this site offers closed databases of particular interest to the community it serves, with searchable & browseable brief banks, pleadings, jury instructions, relevant court cases and much more. There are also legal memoranda, CLE materials and specialized newsletters. Integration with Westlaw's proprietary databases adds value, and the site also has discussion groups open only to members of the community it serves.
