SADO Forum

The State Appellate Defender Office offers several ways in which criminal defense attorneys may communicate with others on matters of criminal law, procedure and strategy.

Send a message to a Criminal Defense Resource Center Research Attorney
Registered criminal defense attorneys may send a private e-mail message to one of the CDRC's research attorneys or specialists. Ask a question about criminal law or procedure, how to spot or handle an issue, examine a witness, or write a motion.

Send and read messages in the Criminal Defense Resource Center Listserv: SADO Forum
Registered criminal defense attorneys may participate in a listserv limited to criminal defense attorneys, posting questions to the group-at-large and reading exchanges which have taken place previously. This e-mail discussion group puts messages directly into your e-mail box. Problematic and developing matters of law and strategy are the focus of this listserv, which currently has over 400 members.

Send a message to SADO's Investigator
Registered criminal defense attorneys may send a private e-mail message to SADO's Chief Investigator, Linda Borus. She can provide tips on how to locate witnesses, track down leads, and much more. Matters of common interest will be cross-posted to the SADO Forum, where appropriate.
