• all criminal grants of leave and certiorari by the Michigan Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court

• all significant criminal orders by the Michigan Supreme Court

• all published criminal opinions by the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court

• select unpublished opinions of the Michigan Court of Appeals.
