SADO - Interlocutory Appeals for Trial Lawyers

This training will provide trial attorneys with tools and tips to smoothly navigate the appellate process when litigating an interlocutory appeal. The panelists will discuss the nuts-and-bolts of appeals so that you can file your appeal correctly, but also so that you present a well-reasoned legal argument to the court.
