Statement from Westlaw: MAACS provides Westlaw access to criminal appellate counsel from a roster of attorneys and SADO to represent indigent clients and remain educated in the law and legal developments that are relevant to their appointed criminal appellate practice. The use of Westlaw beyond these purposes is prohibited. All participants must sign a Schedule C to the Thomson Reuters General Terms and Conditions to receive access to Westlaw. SADO will administer and manage passwords issued under this program. MAACS prohibits use of Westlaw for any matter outside of the scope of work for the program. SADO will revoke access to any participant that abuses the terms of their access or who is removed from the program.
