SADO - Criminal Procedure Updates: Part II

Please join SADO's Criminal Defense Resource Center for their virtual lunchtime training on Criminal Procedure Updates: Part I with CDRC's Research & Training Attorney Steven Helton. 

In this training, we will review recent Michigan appellate opinions addressing criminal defendants' procedural rights under Michigan and federal law, including the right to the assistance of counsel and self-representation, to confrontation, and to present a defense. 

Attorney-focused trainings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month, and anyone who works on a defense team is welcome at any training.
