Project Reentry Wins Award!
Award was presented at the OCBA’s annual Taste of Diversity event
Congratulations to Project Reentry for receiving the 2023 Leon Hubbard Community Service Award from the Oakland County Bar Association! The Award is given annually to an individual or legal organization that has “a record of community service, has promoted cultural diversity, advanced social equality, and worked to enhance the quality of life for all people.”

The Award was presented at the OCBA's annual Taste of Diversity event last week. Pictured at right are attorney and award presenter Aaron V. Burrell, Reentry and Parole Team Lead Anna Kohn, and Myron Wood, a friend and supporter of Project Reentry.
SADO launched Project Reentry in 2016 in response to the unique and immediate needs of Michigan’s juvenile lifers. Project Reentry’s team works with SADO attorneys and staff to help achieve positive outcomes for clients. You can learn more about Project Reentry at this link.
