The Investigation Supervisor will review and oversee all aspects of fact and mitigation investigations to assist attorneys preparing for an appeal. The Supervisor will also supervise and train investigators and mitigation specialists; conduct investigations; assist attorneys in brainstorming case theories and in bringing cases to hearings; and assist in planning, personnel, administrative, and budget matters.
