Local Success: Jacqueline George
Jacqueline George won not guilty verdicts June 22, 2012, in a prosecution for felonious assault, felon in possession of a firearm, and felony firearm, after a bench trial before 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit Court Judge Linda V. Parker. The acquittals saved the defendant, who was on parole and a fourth habitual offender, from potentially long prison terms.
