Local Success: John R. Minock
John R. Minock won a not guilty verdict in a federal -- possible death penalty -- case June 1, 2012, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The case involved an allegation of a murder-for-hire conspiracy and trial lasted about four weeks. Mr. Minock expressly thanked Marjorie P. Russell for her assistance in preparation of trial strategy and arguments.
