Cheryl A. Carpenter and Shannon M. Smith obtained a bindover on November 28, 2012, on reduced and fewer charges for their client, who had been charged with six counts of CSC1, but who was bound-over from the Grosse Pointe Woods Municipal Court on three counts of CSC3.
