SADO Welcomes Summer Interns
Students Will Work on Juvenile Lifer Cases with Assistant Defenders
Beginning Monday June 3rd, SADO will welcome 8 student interns for the summer in our Detroit and Lansing offices. The focus of the internships will be in assisting SADO attorneys with the evaluation of juvenile lifer cases in light of the United States Supreme Court decisions in Miller v Alabama and Jackson v Hobbs last term. The students will be trained on mitigation and investigation techniques, and will work closely with staff and clients. For law students interested in learning more about future SADO internship opportunities at SADO, contact Deputy Director Jonathan Sacks.
