Local Success: Jennifer J. France - December, 2014
Jennifer J. France Deputy Public Defender Chippewa County, had two successes in the 50th Judicial (Chippewa County) Circuit Court in December. The first case involved a morphine delivery charge, which was dismissed -- with prejudice -- prior to trial. The second success involved a conspiracy to commit armed robbery charge; that charge was also dismissed, without prejudice, prior to trial.
