Local Success: John W. Ujlaky - February-March, 2015
John W. Ujlaky obtained a stipulated agreement from the prosecutor, in response to the defendant’s post-conviction motion, for an additional 453 days of sentence credit and for vacating the lifetime monitoring conditioning. The agreement was approved and ordered by 54th Judicial (Tuscola County) Circuit Court Judge Amy Grace Gierhart.
