Local Success: Mitchell T. Foster - July-August, 2015
Mitchell T. Foster won a not guilty verdict on June 1, 2015 in a CCW case in the 6th Judicial (Oakland County) Circuit Court. Mr. Foster also obtained a reduction at a re-sentencing on June 17, 2015 in the 10th Judicial (Saginaw County) Circuit Court resulting in a 16-month reduction in the minimum sentence for his client.
