Kristina Larson Dunne won a new trial in a 2003 murder case in the 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit Court after the Honorable Richard M. Skutt agreed that the prosecution withheld ballistic evidence and trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance by failing to investigate and call two endorsed witnesses.
