Joshua P. Rubin won not guilty verdicts in an aggravated domestic violence and domestic violence case January 18, 2017, in the 31st Judicial (St. Clair County) Circuit Court.
Jennifer J. France negotiated a 5-count felony case (three counts of CSC1, kidnapping, and assault with intent to commit CSC) down to a simple assault and battery with a time-served sentence on January 19, 2017, in the 50th Judicial (Chippewa County) Circuit Court.
Adil Haradhvala successfully obtained a favorable plea resolution for his client, an undocumented immigrant, in the 16th Judicial (Macomb County) Circuit Court, down from a CSC4 charge to a disorderly conduct and preventing exposure to SORA registration, possible prison time, and permanent deportation.
Michael Dagher-Margosian secured dismissal of a UDAA charge at a preliminary examination in Lenawee County on January 23, 2017. Mr. Dagher-Margosian also successfully argued to a circuit court judge that a district court judge erred by not allowing a client to waive probation.
Issa G. Haddad won dismissal of 6 felony counts January 25, 2017, in the 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit due to discovery violations.
Michael A. Komorn won a dismissal January 27, 2017, in the 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit Court with a MMMA defense.
Kathy H. Murphy won not guilty verdicts in a bench trial in the 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit Court in a case involving charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm and felonious assault.
Joel D. Kershaw won a plea withdrawal January 31, 2017, following reconsideration of a denial of a motion for relief from judgment in the 50th Judicial (Chippewa County) Circuit Court.
Susan K. Rock won dismissal of first-degree murder, three counts of assault with intent to murder, and felony firearm charges in the 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit Court.
