Local Success: November, 2017
Michael L. Steinberg was successful in a motion to quash in a resisting and obstructing case in October in the 16th Judicial (Macomb County) Circuit Court.
Brittany E. Hogan, of the Madarang, Hoort & Associates firm, won a motion to suppress evidence in the 64A Judicial District Court (Ionia) in a case charging possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
Jordan A. Zuppke (as the fourth attorney of record) won a not guilty verdict, November 9, 2017, for his client in a domestic violence case in the 46th Judicial District Court (Southfield).
Danielle S. Cadoret won a not guilty verdict from a jury, November 21, 2017, in a felonious assault case in the 3rd Judicial (Wayne County) Circuit Court.
Alona Sharon won a sentence correction for her client in the 4th Judicial (Jackson County) Circuit Court in a case involving convictions of second degree fleeing and third-offense OWI; as a result of the motion, the minimum sentence was reduced from 15 years to 8 years.
Adil Haradhvala secured a dismissal, on November 29, 2017, of an unlawfully driving away an automobile charge in the 16th Judicial (Macomb County) Circuit Court. Mr. Haradhvala in November also obtained a favorable plea-deal for a client in the 38th Judicial District Court (Eastpointe), resulting in a 93-day misdemeanor offense instead of a four-year felony.
