SADO's Jason Eggert to Argue Before Michigan Supreme Court

SADO's Jason Eggert will argue before the Michigan Supreme Court in People v Jennifer Marie Hammerlund (Docket No. 156901) at a special session to be held at the East Grand Rapids High School, 2211 Lake Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 10am. The Court has directed the parties to address whether it is constitutionally permissible for a police officer to compel, coerce, or otherwise entice a person located in his or her home to enter a public place to perform a warrantless arrest.
