Local Success: Oakland County Trial Court Success

Neil S. Rockind, and co-counsel Thomas M. Loeb, Steven Fishman, Cheryl A. Carpenter, Jerome Sabbota, and Stuart G. Friedman, in a MMMA dispensary case in the 6th Judicial (Oakland County) Circuit Court, won dismissal of the charges against all defendants in a January 11, 2012, ruling by Circuit Judge Daniel P. O'Brien.
