SADO is Hiring Two Attorneys to Work on Youth Defense
Applications due by May 26, 2024
SADO is hiring two attorneys: (1) an Assistant Youth Appellate Defender and (2) a Youth Defense Research and Training Attorney. The Assistant Youth Appellate Defender will represent young people in their direct appeals or in other post-disposition proceedings. The Youth Defense Research and Training Attorney will develop high-quality training programs, resources, model pleadings, and support to attorneys representing Michigan’s children in delinquency proceedings. Together, these two attorneys will be at the forefront of establishing fundamental rights for children brought into the system.
