December 16, 2020 Appellate Defender Commission Meeting

This meeting of a public body is being held remotely pursuant to Public Act 228 of 2020, which permits public bodies to hold meetings remotely through January 1, 2021. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, pursuant to MCL 333.2253 has issued emergency orders mandating requirements to protect the public health in response to the COVID-19 epidemic. In an effort to reduce transmission of COVID-19 and protect the health of Commissioners, SADO staff and members of the public interested in attending the meeting, the Commission will be meeting remotely.
