SADO - Criminal Procedure Updates: Part I

Please join SADO's Criminal Defense Resource Center for their virtual lunchtime training on Criminal Procedure Updates: Part I with CDRC's Research & Training Attorney Jason Eggert. 

In this training, we will review recent Michigan appellate court opinions addressing the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments of the US Constitution, as well as parallel protections under Article I, Sections 11, 17, and 20 of the Michigan Constitution.

Attorney-focused trainings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month, and anyone who works on a defense team is welcome at any training.
